Lettori RFID di prossimità
I lettori di carte permettono all’informazione dalla “chiave” dell’utente – RFID carta, tag oppure adesivo. Questa informazione si trasmette al controller il quale prende la decisione e lascia passare (non lascia passare) l’utente nella zona desiderata. Attualmente i lettori usati sono RFID e basati secondo la tipologia dell’identificazione, funzionano secondo diverse tecnologie. Quando s’avvicina l’identificatore RFID nel raggio d’azione, il lettore legge l’informazione grazie all’antenna che si trova nella carta. In questo modo si organizza l’accesso alla zona desiderata. Nella pratica i lettori RFID vanno montati su una parete vicino all’entrata oppure una porta d’ingresso che separa due zone con diversi diritti d’accesso.
