Securitybulgaria.com ensure that from the moment of sending the product it does not have defects that reduce its value or its suitability for routine use.
Immediately after the arrival of the shipment, but no later than 3 (three) days, the client should check whether it is complete and that the products supplied have some shortcomings.
In the case of reported deficiencies in the receipt of goods, the customer must immediately inform the type and quantity thereof.
The warranty period begins from the date of invoice or shipment of the consignment.
Warranty does not run for defects caused by inappropriate use of the product, overweight load or use contrary to the stipulations of the warranty and technical characteristics of the product.
