Biometric systems are used for identification of users based on their physical characteristics. Proof of the authenticity of the user in a biometric time process is in two stages. In the first phase of the instrument scans the individual user data and record them in a list. Unique individual characteristics are extracted and converted into templates which are recorded as encrypted digital data. In the second phase, the user again goes through the scanning process, the outcome of which is compared with patterns from the database. Thus he receives or gains access and control the working time, absenteeism and regularity of the timing of staff. Applicable to companies and enterprises, where managers want to be able to make various reports: daily, monthly, yearly, for a snapshot of attendance - staff available for consultation, consultation to staff, broken down by departments; statement of hours worked, absences, delays overtime assignments, non-working hours and more.
