Delivery terms
Ordered goods are delivered by a courier company to the client's address.
The period of delivery depends on the tariff chosen by the client and the availability of the product. Express Order requests are taken until 17:00 hour from Monday to Friday. Requests for Sofia(6 o'clock) are accepted until 11:30 from Monday to Friday. Requests for Sofia(3 o'clock) are accepted until 11:30 from Monday to Friday.
If the product is in stock (especially in case of import exhausted or manufactured quantity) the period can be considerably longer. In the case of high demand or unforeseen difficulties in processing orders the period can also be extended.
In the circumstances leading to delay the execution of the contract the customer will be timely informed about that.
